A unique recipe.
Our identification mark is a real sourdough bread baked on site which owing to its unique recipe gained the mark Dziedzictwo Kulinarne Dolnego Śląska. It's Rafał's specialty who inherited the recipe from his father.
Flavors of the region
The breakfast table is not 1 km long as it is in networks of the hotels. Instead, you will find on it cheese and cottage cheese from Lower Silesian cheese-makers, ham from Mr Peter Czjkowski or these smoked by us the seasonal vegetables, fruit, jam, confiture, cakes. In a nutshell - some real flavor.
Passion for cooking
The leading motive of restaurant menu are our two great passions - ducks and wine. The duck is served in various ways, depending on the season and availability of particular products. In our card one can also find options for vegans and vegetarians. Any herbs which we use as spices or for decorating dishes come straight from our own herbarium.
Specially compounded wine card and wine tasting, which is organised a several times a year, help us gradually improve the culture of wine drinking. We discover some wine during our journeys and then we look for its suppliers in Poland.
