Every morning in our restaurant is a true journey through the flavours of the Kłodzko Valley. Freshly baked sourdough bread, prepared on site, whose aroma fills the air, welcomes guests from the early hours. This is a recipe passed down from generation to generation, honoured with the Culinary Heritage of Lower Silesia designation.
We care about the diverse needs of our guests. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are always part of our breakfast menu. Regardless of dietary preferences, everyone will find something for themselves.
We serve our breakfasts in the form of an elegant buffet. The table overflows with delicacies. Cheeses and curds from Lower Silesian cheesemakers, cold cuts from Mr Piotr Czajkowski, seasonal vegetables and fruits – all of this comes from trusted local suppliers who share our passion for quality and tradition. Some delicacies we prepare ourselves. Homemade jams, pickles, marinated mushrooms, and cured meats – all of these are made in our kitchen. We even have our own Seitenberg beer and honey from an apiary hidden in the birch forest in the garden of Villa Elise.
